About Voltral 50mg
Voltral 50mg Tablet is an anti-inflammatory drug that reduces pain and inflammation. It is used to relieve pain, minimise swelling and eradicate inflammation in the joints, muscles, and tendons. It is also used to relieve pain caused by dental problems and minor dental surgeries. Each tablet of Voltral 50mg contains the active ingredient Diclofenac Sodium, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent.
How effective is Voltral 50mg?
Voltral 50mg Tablet is effective for the treatment of various aches and inflammatory conditions, including arthritis, gout, spondylitis, backache, tendonitis, bursitis, strain, and sprains in the lower back. Voltral 50 mg is also given to athletes that suffer from sports injuries, such as injury to soft tissues, frozen shoulders, fractures, and dislocations.
Voltral 50mg works by inhibiting the synthesis of certain chemical substances which cause pain and inflammation in the body.
What dose should I choose?
In adults, the usual dose is 2-3 tablets (100-150) taken orally in 2-3 divided doses per day.
In children over the age of 14 years, the usual dose is 1½ -2 tablets (75-100 mg) taken orally in 2-3 divided doses per day.
Voltral 50mg is not recommended for use in children below the age of 14 years.
If you skip a dose by any chance, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the already missed dose if it is almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose. Do not exceed a dose of 3 tablets in a 24-hour time period.

Some common and uncommon side-effects of Voltral 50mg include:
