Tamsolin S 0.46mg Tablet is used for the treatment of enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). This medicine does not shrink the bladder but relaxes the muscles in the bladder and prostate.
How effective is Tamsolin S 0.46mg Tablet?
Tamsolin S 0.46mg Tablet is composed of Tamsolusin HCL, which belongs to a group of medicines known as alpha-blockers. This medicine helps relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, such as weak stream, need to urinate often or urgently, and difficulty in beginning the flow of urine.
What dose should I choose?
For adults (18 and above), take 1 tablet of Tamsolin S 0.46mg every day, 30 minutes after the same meal.
Tamsolin S 0.46mg Tablet is not recommended for use in children (17 and below).
