Ocvir – Devazo ( Sofosbuvir 400mg – Daclatasvir 60mg ) used together For the treatment of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) infection as a component of a combination antiviral treatment regimen in adults.
Side Effects of Ocvir – Devazo
The most common side effects reported with sofosbuvir in combination with daclatasvir are fatigue, nausea, headache and insomnia. Sofosbufir is a substrate of the glycoprotein (P-gp) transporter and daclatasvir is a substrate of CYP3A4 and P-gp.
Tiredness, headache, nausea, or diarrhea may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Remember that this medication has been prescribed because your doctor has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
