Lilac 120ml Syrup/Suspension is used for the treatment of constipation (difficulty expelling waste). Lilac 120ml is also used for the treatment of liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy).
How effective is Lilac 120ml?
Lilac 120ml Syrup/Suspension is composed of Lactulose, which belongs to a group of medicines known as laxatives. Lilac 120ml shows effectiveness by decreasing the amount of ammonia in the blood. This syrup also helps pull water out of the body into the bowel to soften the waste. Lilac 120ml helps you to have 2-3 soft stools each day.
What dose should I choose?
For adults (above 18), take 1 teaspoon of Lilac 120ml 3-4 times a day, or as prescribed by the doctor.
For children (below 17), Lilac is not recommended.
