About Gabica 300mg
Gabica 300mg Capsule is an anticonvulsant, anti-anxiety and pain-relief drug. It is used for the treatment of onset seizures, anxiety and neuropathic pain caused by shingles or other conditions. Each capsule of Gabica 300mg contains the active ingredient Pregabalin, which is known as a Gabapentinoid.
How effective is Gabica 300mg?
Gabica 300mg Capsule is used for the treatment of several health conditions and disorders. Its use is indicated in generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), partial seizures, restless leg syndrome, neuropathic pain caused by diabetes, multiple sclerosis or other diseases, and fibromyalgia. Gabica 300mg works by decreasing abnormal electrical activity in the brain to treat seizures and anxiety. It also shows analgesic activity by inhibiting pain signals in the brain and spinal cord.
What dose should I choose?
In adults, the usual dose is 1 capsule (300 mg) taken orally once per day with the maximum dose being 2 capsules (600 mg) in a duration of 24 hours.
Gabica 300mg Capsule is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below the age of 18 years.
If you skip a dose by any chance, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the already missed dose if it’s almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose.
